The vision of Core3 Pilates is to improve the knowledge and skills for teaching Pilates. Upon graduation teachers immediately feel confident and able to teach Core3. Because of our unique programming, you practice the How to Teach in each module, gradating with confidence and setting you up for success!

Pilates Live Modules (160 hours)

Why Core 3 Pilates?
We have modernized how you will learn and integrate this work with the addition of our online interactive component, with a focus on how to teach the work and how to teach to the body in front of you, and with all the Extras. We feel confident you will exit Core3Pilates with an ability to teach effectively even before graduating. We also set ourselves apart by implementing our tool, the ab activator, and how it applies to breathing and core engagement as well as alignment. Gaining the mastery of Core3's three principles will enforce a change in each client's body beyond merely just strengthening and stretching. A true balance is achieved through the expert strengthening and balance it brings which often is easily overlooked but leads to expert organization where great changes happen.
